Welcome to FEMA R 9's Radiological Emergency Prepardness Program (REPP) Website.
This website serves as a collaboration space for R 9 REPP stakeholders.
REPP Staff and stakeholders can access the following collaboration tools:
- Document Library (After Action Reports, Biennieal Preparedness Reports, and Work Plan),
- Document Sharing
- Events Calendar, and
- REPP Exercise Tools
PrepToolkit Exercise Tools include document libraries, collaboration sites, exercise data, MSEL tool, and evaluation modules. Additionally, online exercise tools assiste REP Staff to plan, deliver, and conduct a final evaluation of scheduled drills and exercises.
PrepToolkit supports the conduct of REPP Exercises in alignment with 2019 version of the REP Program Manual . NOTE: On January 23, 2024, FEMA will release the 2023 version of the REP Program Manual.
State planners may be given access to REP exercises for sharing documents and developing a master scenario events list (MSEL) if permission is asked from the R 9 RAC Chair.
